Transtar now carries the premium rebuilt valve body for the 2 wheel drive Toyota U140, U240, and U241 transmission series, years 1998 and up. The feature that identifies this as a 2 wheel drive version is that there is no lube orifice hole. The valve body has been rebuilt featuring the following Sonnax products: Oversized Pressure Regulator Boost Valve Assembly (57917E-08K), Clutch Apply Control Plunger Valve & Sleeve (57917E-05K), Lock-up Plunger & Sleeve (57917E-03K), and Solenoid Modulator Valve (57917E-13K). Allison 1000/2000/2400 Trim Valve & Spring Kit

Transtar now carries the Trim Valves and Springs Kit for the Allison 1000, 2000, and 2400 series transmissions years 2002 and up. This Sonnax kit (37000-12K) addresses the issue of long shift duration which promotes premature clutch wear in heavy-duty applications. The kit includes A trim valve and spring, B trim valve and spring, and F trim spring. To use this kit, the valve body must be modified by using Transtar Part No. T-37000-TL12 (Sonnax Part No. 37000-TL12) which includes reamers for the A and B trim valve bores.

Transtar now carries the cutback valve sleeve for the AW 450-43LE transmission years 1998 and up. This sleeve only item (Superior Part No. K081) features an upgrade to hardened steel and requires no modification to the transmission.

Transtar now carries the cutback valve and sleeve kit for the AW 450-43LE transmission years 1998 and up. This Sonnax kit (94987-01K) addresses the issue of the engine stalling when the transmission is put into gear. This kit features upgraded materials and includes the valve, sleeve, end plug, spring, and one coiled spring pin. This kit is a direct replacement for the OEM product.
