Transtar now carries the Filter and Pan Assembly for the ZF 6HP26 transmission, years 2002-up. This filter is incorporated into one assembly with the plastic transmission pan. It comes with the molded rubber pan gasket included. Except for the fluid, this part number is all you need for a transmission service. This one-piece assembly is used in 6HP26 transmissions found in 2002-up BMW and Jaguar passenger cars.

Transtar now carries the 2nd/4th clutch housing for the Chrysler 45RFE transmissions years 2005-up. In mid-stream 2005, several running changes were made to the Chrysler 45RFE series transmission. One of the changes involves the 2nd/4th clutch housing, D72558, and piston. As an assembly, the 2nd/4th clutch components will retrofit to 1999.

Transtar now carries the 4th clutch bonded piston for Chrysler 45RFE transmissions, years 2005-up. In mid-stream 2005 several running changes were made to the 45RFE series transmission. The changes involve the 2nd/4th clutch housing and pistons. The previous pistons had removable seals, whereas the new design pistons are bonded rubber. The 4th clutch piston, D72961A, will not retrofit back due to the seal cut of the early piston/housing. Therefore, the 4th clutch piston and housing must be used as a set, 1st or 2nd design.

Transtar now carries the low/reverse housing for the Chrysler 45RFE transmissions. The low/reverse housing, D72557, will work on 1999-up models due to minor modifications. Frictions, steels, backing plate and low roller clutch are all unchanged.

Transtar now carries the low/reverse bonded piston and spring for the Chrysler 45RFE transmissions years 2005-up. The low/reverse piston and spring, D72967A, will retrofit to 1999, but only as a set. During the change to bonded piston, the return spring diameter was increased and will not work on the older aluminum piston. The D72967A currently contains the piston and spring.

This converter and transmission are found in the 2002-2004 Saturn VUE and 2003-2004 Saturn ION. The converter has three mounting pads with 10mmx1.25 threads, and has an outside diameter of 9.65”.

Transtar now carries the rebuilding kits for the Mercedes-Benz 722.6 transmission, years 2002-up. In kit years 1996 to 2001, the frictions for B1, K1, and K3 are 2-sided. In 2002, the frictions were updated to 1-sided frictions for the B1, K1, and K3 positions. “Light Duty” kits carry the 5.250” ID (smaller) K2 frictions, while the “Heavy Duty” kits carry the 5.450” ID (larger) K2 frictions. All 4 kits also include the B1 clutch bonded piston and the latex coated pump plate. In addition to Mercedes vehicles, these kits also cover various Chrysler vehicles that use the 722.6 (NAG1) transmission.

This converter has a 26 spline turbine, a 38 spline stator, and has six mounting pads with 9mm x 1.25 threads.

These new RE5R05A kits cover the Nissan Titan full size pickup truck and the Nissan Armada and Infinti QX56 full size SUV’s. These models use 40 tooth vs. 50 tooth reverse frictions while using both thinner and different tooth configuration steel plates in the forward and low coast clutch. 63004A and 63006A compliment existing Transtar kits 63004 and 63006, which cover models other than the Titan, Armada, and QX56.
